“These are the only protein suppliments I can get down. There are 40 grams of protein in a 20 oz bottle. There are several flavors. I haven't tried them all but the ones I've tried taste good. They are similar to watered down Kool-aid. So what I did was put a packet of Crystal Light to go that matched the flavor I was drinking. Makes it alittle bit stronger of a flavor. ”

“Pineapple Orange Banana was good...sort of tastes like Kool-Aid, but has a protein kind of thing that happens to your tongue...this is much better than the milky shakes, and is lactose free..I like it!!!”
