“This is so good. I eat it in my yogurt in the morning as well as in my stallone pudding. It sounds a little gross using it in pudding, but it really tastes great. Since I started using this high fiber cereal, I have become a regular girl again. I even got my husband to start eating it for a snack at work instead of chips right out of the box. Now I just have to try the hot cereal next.”

“I love the hot cereal version of Kashi. I think it has 9 gr of protein and has a deliciously sweet vanilla flavor. I eat two packets int he a.m. and sometimes for lunch. Very soothing, filling and tasty. I make it with water, but I suppose you could make it with milk or soy milk for added protein and nutrition.”

“I'll have 1/2 c of this with 1/4 c of 1% milk and it's a nice alternative to other breakfast choices. Nicely sweet without going overboard, with a satisfying crunch.”
