“I get the "Carb & Sugar Control" which I am not sure this is the one listed or not. The Carb & Sugar Control is perfect and fits the parameters as required and does not raise my blood sugar too high or cause "dumping."”

“The Creamy version of Dannon's Light 'n Fit yogurt actually has more protein (8g) than the Light 'n Fit fat free (6g) and of course it's just a little more luxurious in flavor. Add some fresh blueberries or any fruit and it tastes like a fabulous dessert!”
