“I ordered both the chocolate and the cookies and cream to use during my low-carb pre-surgery prep. Amazing flavor! I was really pleasantly surprised. And at 23 g of protein and only 3-5 g carbs per serving, it packs a low-carb/high-protein wallop! Each bag is huge; at 70-72 servings per bag, that makes each serving about .50 cents each. Not bad! I am certain to have enough come post-surgery. For orders over a certain amount, you're entitled to a free gift. I picked a shaker that's very durable and works really well. All in all, a great purchase and I'll be returning to them in the future I'm sure. ”

“This is very good, although rather sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. It has a nice choc taste. Mixing is easy, and you really don't need a blender or even a stick blender for it. I use 1 1/2 scoops when I make a shake and use about 8-9 oz of water and milk. In my opinion, if you use all milk, it makes it so thick and sickening sweet it is hard to get down. I also use some decaf instant coffee in the vanilla as well.”
