“You can find samples at enjoyhealth.com for 1.89 each + shipping. On the samples it recommends mixing with 5 oz. water or to taste. Since purchasing more I have still been mixing it 1 scoop to 5 oz for 23 grams of protein isolate. The canister suggests using 8 oz but so far the taste hasn't been overwhelming and it's nice to get 23 grams in just 5 oz. This mixes easily in water and can be mixed ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for later use, just shake it up again. I haven't liked the results when I tried that with other protein drinks. Favorites so far are chocolate truffle, fuzzy navel, roadside lemonaide, (my daughter says it tastes like Skittles candy), and strawberry kiwi. I don't care for coffee drinks but thought the cappaccino flavor tasted a lot like the caramel frappacinno drinks from Starbucks. ”

“I can not tolerate the meal replacement shakes like optifast. I feel that the Nectar products are much more tolerable, less gritty and very filling.
