“Its ok...I was dissapointed to be honest. I thought it would be alot better than it is. but I think I will try mixing it with some s/f sweetener or some crystal light to help it out. I do like that it mixes very easy without a blender, and no grit!
That's a big plus...Its different than the normal vanilla and choclate flavors...which Im sick of at this point. ”

“I am almost a month post op and have been searching hard for a protein supplement I actually like. This is the one. Nectar Strawberry Kiwi is great. It desolves in 4-6oz of water easily. It reminds me of koolaid, but not as sweet. You may need to ad a sweetener because it isn't sweet at all. ”
