“I bought these when Fitness First USA was having a sale. I got 2 - 12 pack cases + 4 free vials (28 vials total). Each vial has 42 grams of liquid protein. I was told to split the vials in half since the body is unable to absorb more than about 25 grams of protein at one time. My purchase has about 56 servings...definitely enough to get me through the post-op liquid phase. I bought the fruit punch flavor. It is ok. I find that it is easier to get down if I mix it with some water or Crystal Light. ”
