“This was the first protein powder I tried and surprised to find it delicious. I use the vanilla daily with different additives for variety. I havent tried th chocolate yet but I just learned there is a strawberry flavor and I'm planning to pick it up next week. After surgery it could get a bit more pricey as I will need more than one shake a day. Still it is the best value I've found so far.”

“I bought the 2lb tub at Wal-Mart. The only downfall to it, is that if you do 2 shakes a day, it only lasts about 2 weeks. The taste is pretty good, I bought it in Vanilla flavor. I have found that this is pretty good plain. Although I still add flavors, I do enjoy the occassional plain shake with this. ”

“This is a great tasting protein powder that can be added to juice, milk, yogurt, water, etc...It's a great way to get your protein in. I had this protein powder before surgery and added it to yogurt for yogurt smoothies; I also added it with water and frozen fruit to make fruit frappes. It made a great breakfast drink and very easy to blend with other flavors when you get the Vanilla flavor. Honestly, it is the only way I have been able to get all my protein in...I would recommend it to anyone.”

“I have some protein on order, but at one week post-op I was needing to find something locally with high protein/low carbs. The vanilla flavor is very good. It is not too sweet and the perfect amount of vanilla. I mixed it with milk and it mixed fine -- no clumps (used blender). It is not to thick, which appeals to me. I am going to play with this when I get board of vanilla. Might add some sugar free syrups or extracts and try the orange juice combo, too. ”
