“These protein bars are really good. They are 140 cal with 10g of protein. I use them as mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack at work. Convienent to have in the car with you to get you thru the "I need something to eat... oh, there's a BK..." moments! Only 7g of sugar too but they taste like they have more. All flavors are good.”

“the taste is good actually on the peanut butter caramel crunch, and the peanut butter and chocolate. I was only able to eat about 3\4 of the bar and I was full. I am 2 mo post op RYN. they are great to keep in a pocket on the go and you cant get a meal in. keeps up the protein too with 19 grms per bar.”

“The South Beach Cereal Bars have been my breakfast delight for more then two years. Good variety of flavors - Maple Nut is my favorite followed by cinnamon raisin. Ten grams of protein per bar so if you have it with a glass of milk you have 21 gms of protein to start your day. They are made with soy nuggets so there are 3 gms of fiber, 7 gms of sugar and 3 gms of sugar alcohols.”
