“There are many flavors to choose from and I've tried 5 or 6. Most are great. The Ranch and the Salt & Vinegar flavors are very mild--not a lot of flavor. The Nacho Cheese is a flavor that will remind you of Doritos chips. The Cheddar and the Zesty Barbecue are great too.”

“So good. Think rice cake but lighter. Great snack when you need the crunch of a chip. I love them with hummus or eggplant dip. At 5 months (time of review), I can eat 5 tops. Yum! Deep Sea Salt flavor is the best. Apple Cinnamon a close second with peanut butter. Only disappointment has been the Rich Cheddar Cheese. ”

“Salt & Vinegar Flavor: These are a delicious alternative to potato chips. Pre-op I was a major chippie. I crave salt from time to time, and got these as an experiment to see if they might taste good enough to eat as an occasional snack. My pouch however LOVES them - they are easy, yummie, crunchy, and yes - Salty protein to get in. Serving size - 25 crisps Calories - 100 Protein - 7g These are my favorite crunchy snack! PS - they also have Ranch, Sea Salt, Nacho Cheese, Zesty BBQ, and Apple & Cinnamon”

“While I really love the taste of these, with only 7 gms protein per 15 to 17 gms of carbs, I will stick with the Atkins Crunchers which have twice the amount of protein and less carbs. Also, the GenSoy Chips, are too "snack-like" for my tastes. They are easy to get "hooked on". The last 2 days since I've eaten them, I've found my head hunger to be AWEFUL... I will definately be adding them to my off-limit foods. Also, for men, the protein comes from soy which is something that men want to avoid. Hope this helps!”

“I normally hate the taste of soy products, but the garlic/onion flavor of these crisps taste great. They're crunchy and easy to get down. They're not a great source of protein, but they do have more protein than most crackers.”

“I tried Zesty BBQ,Deep Sea Salted,Apple Cinnamon, and Cheddar. The only one I really like is the BBQ, the others were really bland to me. I recomend the BBQ for a nice crunchy snack when you want chips or something bad. I can only eat about 3 of the "chips" then I am full. ”

“The Garlic/Onion soy chips are the best! They are expensive, but I only use them as a high protein snack once or twice per week. The plain chips are just too bland and the Apple Cinnamon are too sweet, not spicy enough. ”
