“As good as this taste, I still can not eat this brand due to the high sugar content. I am one year post op and do much better with the Blue Bunny brand of yogurt. It has about half the sugar content of Yoplait. I would not discourge anyone from eating this if they can tolerate it. The flavors can't be beat.”
