“I tried the samples for 3 days. I had more energy, wasn't hungry very much, and lost 5 pounds over these 3 days. Due to small amounts of caffeine in product, would not recommend to new RNY post ops. But if caffeine does not bother you, try it. Womans has 90mg of caffeine in 2 caps, mens has 180mg of caffeine in 2 caps. One cap is all I used each of the 3 days. So the bottle may be good for 2 months for many people. Vitamins and minerals included too, as well as other natural ingredients.”
