“ tastes best with 1 cup skim milk plus 1/2 cup water and 2 splenda packets.. mixed in blender then put in fridge to get nice and cold..I also add gnc powdered vitamins”

“I like Grape Frost, Icy Orange, Blue Raspberry, and Orange/Pineapple/Bana flavors. These are pre-mixed, the aftertaste is tollerable and it isn't 'gritty' like some other protein drinks.”

“This stuff is crazy! The chocolate-peanutbutter tastes close to the reeses peanut butter cereal. The strawberry is WRETCHED! I'm slowly sipping on an EXTREMELY cold shake of the Dutch Chocolate and it's not bad. They all have that wiered cereal aftertaste, but I've just GOT to get my proein in. I'm 1wk post-op (RNY) and having a TERRIBLE time getting the protein and water I need. This stuff is 60g protein when mixed with FF milk.”

“I like the Grape flavor the best - Alpine Punch next. I didn't care for them pre-op but they have been a life-saver post-op. My only complaint is the price - way too much. I'm looking for something less expensive that I can tolerate.”
