Low Iron Help and Euro-Fer

Last Thursday was my check up and my iron was very low the dr. gave me a script and I couldn`t read it so I stopped in at wal-mart in the states (in case I couldn`t get it here) and the pharmacist gave me its called Ferro-Sequels - gentle to your system one a day 300mg. I was suprised they hadn`t gotten me constipated but just read the gentle part now so no wonder/.It cost me $22.00 US so they better be good.lol.

I have been given a heavy dose of 300mg Euro-Fur capsules 3 times a day. Within 30 minures of taking each capsule, I start feeling very dizzy. So you can imagine, with the 2nd & 3rd capsules, the dizziness becomes worse, and I am totally incapcitated the whole day.

(I desperately need help. Is the recommended 300 mg. too much, OR can I reduce the intake to just 2 instead of 3) capsules per day?

Please advise.
