One month already!
WOW hard to believe that one month has gone by already.Doing really well. Down 40 lbs since Optifast.The first 2 weeks post lost 16 lbs then things slowed down with my first stall. Scale finally starting to move again. On soft foods now. Slowly trying new foods. little scared but so far have had nothing stuck, no foamies, no dumping!
Have my post op appointments next Friday then back to work on the 21st.
Just love being able to wear smaller sizes now. Thanks to my Angel I have a closet full of clothing just waiting for me.

What a wonderful feeling, and it doesn't take that many pounds to make you feel considerably better than you did before. Keep up the good work.
Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.
wow time sure has flown by, so happy for you that things are going so well, but knew they would as you were so ready for all of this. You're on your 1 month anniversary and i'm on day 2 of optifast. keep that spot warm for me on the bench.
