4 month out: New me!

4 months out today. How time flies, seems just like yesterday I had life saving surgery. Don't even recognize myself. Loving my new life

Taken a couple of weeks ago. Down a couple more since now 195. Me in 16 skinny jeans!!!!

Leslie, you look fantastic. I'm only four days out so have yet to see the rewards of all this pain. I anticipate great results, but know it will be a while before I see results. Until then, I will enjoy your progress! Keep up the good work! I'm pulling for you. May I ask which surgery you had?

Thanks, I had RNY at TWH in October. I did manage to lose about 30 lbs before surgery working with a Dietician. I continue to count my lucky stars that things having been going great. The weight loss has been slow the last month darn those stall**** my first stall at 2 weeks out.

Best advice I can give is to folow the rules. Don't rush to eat stuff too fast, Try to drink lots of water. Found the first 2 weeks the hardest and would wake up with a mouth like the Sahara desert.

you look so good...and at only 4 months out! Have much weight have you lost in that time?
I have the saraha desert mouth when i wake up!!! Does it every go away?
