Verity, my stomach does better with the isolate because it's partially broken down already.
Having said that, I have no troubles whatsoever with the ready-made Premier Shakes which are concentrate.

Hi Karen....Many Thanks for your input. Now that I've read all the info from "Spit/Ocean" (?), I think I'll take your advice and go for
the cheapest one....Costco deal looks best so far. Will also look for unflavoured powder to add to soups, etc.
I am currently pre-op and having my surgery consult on Mar.6th.
Hoping to get a surgery date soon and also will be requesting a VSG vs RNY. (Am Celebrex dependant due to severe OA)
BTW, I am a BIG fan of yours....always look for your "informative" posts and, especially love your sense of humour : )
