The rash coincides with the protein drink.... as the day goes on it gets itchier and not as bad in the morning..... It takes me all day to finish my 600ml bottle..... looking for a better alternative!!!!

Hi,
I attended my info session in Ottawa on Mar 28, 2011 so we look like we are on similar schedules although i was nearly 9mths without any appointments at all. My first was with Aspen in Dec 2011 and since then I have had 2 RD's, an ultrasound, and psychologist but don't know where I stand at the moment. I have another dietician apt tomorrow so I'm hoping to know more. How have you found the whole experience so far? Are you happy you decided to follow through with surgery? I have days that I struggle with "am I making the right decision" and then other days when I want it done NOW!
