I am addicted to these freezies that I usually buy from lowcarbcanada.com or lowcarbgrocer.com. They are my night time snack/treat.

ps to other reply. Check your label. Fruit juice, even frozen will still have sugar and carbs in it so I would stay away if you are a sugar dumper. The sugar free flav-or-ice are sweetened with splenda and are only 10 calories each and 2gm of carb each.
