Well we come to another end of a day with Optifast,  today wasn't too bad a couple of times thinking I could have something but didn't.  Quickly discovered that the vanilla mixed with A lemon lime Crystal light tastes exactly like key lime pie...mmmmm!! Did the trick....just wanted to share.

 I'm sure it must be hard!  Keep up the good work and try to keep busy.  You could do this!  How long are you on Opti for?  Good luck!

Thank you for that info! I haven't started the Optifast and I am trying to decide which flavour I should buy. I love key lime pie so you've helped me with THAT decision!
