    3 week stall

    Hello

I know from reading that it is normal to have a 3 week stall but how long can I expect it to last??? I have been unable to lose an once in about 10 days and just want to cry. How do you not get depressed?

I got depressed and cried.  My rant was long and embarassing on here.

I agree that Dawn's blog is AMAZING!

I can just tell you that I'm in the same boat and feel for you :)

I guess I'm at the 2 month mark....I dropped 15lbs the first week of surgery and stalled for 3 weeks....then another 12 and stalled for3 weeks again....and I'm just moving now again....

Take the loss and divide by the number of days....don't look daily for movement.... Mines works out to 0.5lbs a day thats significant!

Why get bumbed out over something u know will happen and isn't in your control?
Just remember that this is not a sprint to goal weight.  You will have fits and starts in weight loss.  Look at your overall progress, at week 4, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.

Keep up doing what you are doing.

Just hang in there... I know it's easier said then done, but you've come this far. You body's in shook mode right now, just give it some time.  All the best.

Keep your head up. I totally know how you feel I had the same stall at week three and I cried all the time too. I promise that it passes. Just make sure you are drinking your water and eating your protein. It will pass. And then keep looking at the scale fall!
