    When on Optifast

    Can you have tea with out anything in it(milk or Sugar)? Does it have to be Decaffeinated? I like drinking tea from Teaopia just thinking what ones I can have.

    you can have decaf tea, without milk or sugar. If you're allowed sugar free drinks like crystal light, then you can add a sweetener.

    Yep, every centre is different, I was allowed full caffeine, tea and coffee, but no veggies.
