Hello Everyone,

You you please give me some advice on the BEST protein drinks for after surgery I am almost 3 months out I had the Gastric Sleeve. That are high on Protein and low / no sugar.

premier protein premade shakes.. i buy from costco can only buy chocolate

everyone I've heard from says the premier shakes from Costco are awesome. Thats what I'm going to use!

I also use the premier protein shakes from Costco, only chocolate. and the Bulk Barn unflavoured protein powder for mixing in my oatmeal.

Do you happen to have the nutrition info for the bulk barn unflavored protein powder? I have it too, but i forgot to get one of those little paper thingies with the info on it. Much appreciated!

What I like about it is that I can just buy a small amount at a time and keep it in a small tupperware container.
