I use gnc brand "whey iso burst" they are so good and you get 20 grams of protein per scoop pour yourself 250ml of milk or water add 2 scoops of powder and BOOM you got 40 grams of protein that goes down so nice, and it tastes great. And if you use milk to mix it with as i do, you get even more protein.

You don't have to buy a pre-made shake. You can make your own with Greek yogurt, whey protein isolate and whatever sugar-free/program approved add in you want.

I buy Premier Protein shakes at Costco, because they are easy for me to bring to school.

I find the premixed ones too sweet and expensive.  I make my own, add a scoop of vanilla whey (I use promasil soft serve vanilla from GNC) to 1/2 cup plain 0% greek yogurt, 1/2 cup fruit, 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk.  Blend until smooth.  You may find post surgery that your taste buds prefer different things than pre op.  Not everyone does but I did and gave away a bunch of stuff I stocked up on because I don't care for sweet items anymore.

I personally do not like ( read -- can't stand) the premier shakes from Costco- I buy the Kaizen protein powder from Costco with a protein count of 35 per scoop- you can't beat that for the price anywhere!!!
