Time to face the music--tomorrow-FRIG

Tomorrow I am off to check in with the dietition at Guelph; im 9 months out from RNY. About a month ago I started to slip. Stopped going to my twice weekly aquafit when my friends stopped going with me; i miss their support. And tried a bite of this a bite of that. been fluctuating the same 3 pounds for the last 3 weeks. Time to get my ASS IN GEAR and stop making exscuses. Just putting this out there to make myself accountable and start fresh tomorrow!!!

And pack my lunch and snacks since ill be on the road all day with appointments etc.

You can do it!, Did you make some friends in the aquafit class? Perhaps go back? you'd be surprised how many people will ask "Where have you been?".  I work for a recreation centre, and here about those types of stories all the time. :) Good luck!

where do u live ? i m going to guelph tomorrow at 9 am for my 3 week check up. i want to do aqua fit soo much i can be your partner if your interested. im from kitchener thou . where are you going for your classes ?

hi there, i live in Harriston North of the city about a hour. too bad that would be quite a drive for a aquafit class....my appt is at 1 pm today. but aquafit defently was a good work out for me i was religius about going too. keep in touch

Amanda, doing the same thing today. Lunch is packed, have my gym clothes, and support group meeting tonight. Realized i had been slipping and was starting to make excuses. Lets stay connected to help each other. Miss you, tea the next time your here xox

I know what you mean. I am 8 months out and have just had hip replacement surgery, so I have had to miss the gym for a few weeks. I have also been nibbling and grazing and eating more calories than I should. Need to get back on track. Good Luck and I'll try to get back on the wagon too.

I'm just doing the math and if you have lost 135 pds in 9 months that's 15 pds a month. What's wrong with that? That's pretty darned good. Get you "ASS" in gear though and keep going as you say. I'm routing for you!

You can do this! Get yourself back on track with eating and start incorporating exercise into your days.

I find with exercise, I would rather go by my self because it can be so hard to coordinate schedules or you and your friends may need to work on different machines for different amounts of time. Too much visiting and not enough working out when I go with a friend, lol!

Good luck at your appointment today! Maybe the scales are different at the clinic, if not I'm sure they will understand.  

everyone has set backs once in awhile.  You have already proven you can do hard things, and l have a good feeling you know what you have to do to get back on track!  Let us know how you made out!!
