I just received the call back from Sharon Nam Dobbs and I am going to Toronto on Monday to get help and hopefully resolve what is going on with me

bought my train ticket today made arrangements for my son to be looked after and my dogs as my service dog is not traveling with me this time very anxious about that but with the pain I have been unable to work with him since around June he's just too strong for me in my weakened state 

sent in the consent form for TWH to get all my medical records from here in regards to the pain I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders that someone i going to take me seriously
