Wide awake at 2:A.M. - so have figured out my eats for Sunday.....Going to be another day of work around the house......basement clean up will be finished today - then on to the garage....
STEPS - Amazingly I walked 10,711 steps and 20 staircases - and didn't leave my house
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
L - 5 oz Tex Mex chicken
1/4 cup of shredded habanero cheese
D - 4 oz beef tenderloin
grilled veggies - low glycemic zucchini - green beans - onions - mushrooms
green salad with full fat dressing

Wow - awake at 2 am - when do you go to sleep?
Tidying the house and sorting clothes for back to school today. Will also take an inventory of the clothes I have in sizes 20 and 18 for when I go back to work. Invited to a Mum's and Kids BBQ for dinner.
B - 1/4 c bran buds + 1/8 c Kashi Go Lean Crunch + 1/2 c milk 1%
L - 1/2 c chicken + 1 Tbsp miracle whip light

Even I wasn't awake at 2am, but I was awakened 3 times during the night. I hope you got enough sleep for all the cleaning you've got planned! :)
I hope to swim again today 1.5-2 miles.
B - 1.5 scoop protein shake with skim milk & Da Vinci's Gingerbread SF syrup.
S - small banana with 1 tsp of peanut butter
L - 1 scrambled egg with onion & mushrooms & 3 pieces of PC multigrain melba toast
S - a BBQed Portobello mushroom with fresh garlic
D - 1/2 cup chicken salad with apples, onion, & celery
S - 1.5 scoop protein shake, 0.4 cup skim milk
S - half small banana, half small tortilla, 1 TSP PB

Barb, the clean up sounds exhausting. I cleaned my son's small condo yesterday and was tired. It did spur me on to make chili sauce and bran muffins when I got home. It is my Brother in laws birthday. We are taking him out to lunch and he wants bran muffins.

Packing today getting ready for my trip to TWH tomorrow for some answers Probably over packed for my son to go to the babysitters but I have no idea how long I am going to be in Toronto so better safe then sorry going to bring Liam and all his things over to my friends and get him set up
supossed to be drinking 4 ensure plus calories today for 355 calories each but I have yet to get one to stay down
4 mugs of chicken broth has stayed down though so at least I'm getting something in
going to try a little bit of mashed potatoes tonight at my friends who is going to be watching Liam while I am away
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
