Private rooms at HRRH?

Are they real? Anyone stay in one while there for their WLS?

 

I was in semi private. I would have killed to be in a private room..there was one room I noticed just down the hall from me. Mind you a private room wouldn't have stopped the lady screaming 24/7 down the hall at the top of her lungs..ugh. 

I saw a couple of private rooms when I was there, I was in the ward which really sucked, no sleep for me for 2 nights, finally put my CPAP on, headphones in and cool wet washcloth over my eyes and had an afternoon nap.  I'm sure it looked really stupid but I felt better.

I was just there last night visiting a friend who has her WLS. She was in a semi and by the window. So wasn't that bad.

Just don't wanna be charged for a private when I end up in a semi. Only 40$ difference apparently, but my insurance covers a semi

May sound mean. But I don't like ppl. Lol. And had MRSA last summer rather be in a room by myself and have my friends Lysol everything down

I have coverage for private room amd asked about it last week. I was told from dr hagan that even with coverage or paying out of pocket we cant get private rooms.not sure why
