LOL - I posted my exercise on yesterday's board. Yesterday I did 10k, including hills.

I slept in today :-( Spinning at lunch, and hopefully running 8 k tonight.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Extended my running route to 5k!!! I have done 4k consistently and I am moving on to 5...wish me luck!!

You guys rock...I wish I had the urge to run, but I don't...lol...yesterday was with my trainer, he kicked my ass and loved it, a bit sore this morning but protein does wonders...lol...tonight I'm taking a break from the gym, hubby is in town so taking advantage but he has a meeting so I'll just do Bowflex at home.

So it was a real toss up today between going to kickboxing and getting my hair done.  My hair won!  Need to get those roots taken care of pronto!  So today will be an off day for me. 

Back in the gym tomorrow with my new personal trainer.  Verdict is still out on her...think she might be too easy on me, and that's definitely not what I want.  But then again, first impressions can be deceptive, so I'll give her a shot!

I am recovering from blisters on my arches :S ..Im am still undecided if I am going to run today or not. Most of my afternoon and evening will be fill with canning roma tomatoes :)

I did the 5k route - I was tired, slow, actually had to cheer myself on outloud...and pictured my weight goals in front of me!!
