Going back to work yesterday was a drag. Maybe a will retire in 3 years! Sometimes just too much drama

I already have a lot of calories so will see if I need a snack. Avocados have so any calories!

Good morning. I slept in today ****il 6:30...lol) My alarm didn't go off, and I didn't get my run in. So spinning for me, and I hope to run tonight.\

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

That Janet and Greta chicken burger w roasted veggies did not sit well yesterday, I may have ate too much in getting 3/4 of it down. Will stick w half going forward.
Made it my mission to have a good long sleep last night - bed at 11, up at 10 - slept like a log. I soooo needed it.
Got accepted into a MBCT program that will start in December - very excited. Starting to read from my MN course that begins next week.
Going to TWH tonight - will either ride my bike or walk from Bathurst station for exercise.
