OHIP OOC Phone Number

Hi,

Has anyone called OHIP lately?  I  left a message at the number posted on the Ministries website and have not received a call back.    I've only left one message but called several times and always get voicemail.  Does anyone ever answer the phone live?  Would contacting them by email be faster?
