5 km Run or Dye pics :)
Did a fun run today in Kingston. Run or Dye. It was so much fun. We started out nice and clean and along the route you ran through "dye stations" where we were blasted with powdered colorful dye. My sisters did it with me along with my lil nephew (sisters are on each side of me in pic) and the other beautiful girl in the pic is my personal trainer. She has been a huge support for me and has been right along side of me in EVERY run/race I have ran this year (4 total) she stays by my side and is absolutely incredible

Looks fun Nicole. I wanna do one also in the future, and the zombie one !!!! Good for you, running.......I cant even imagine doing it, but I wanna !!!
