So first off I would like to say Congrats to the MANY OH people that signed up and competed their first 5k today..I know that there was a lot of us running one race or another. I hope that all of you completed to the best of your ability.

With that being said I also completed my first 5k today in Collingwood. Finished in 44 mins :) It didn't rain on us..though everything was wet and some parts slippery..but that didn't stop my whole team from running across the finish line in 45 mins.

My second victory i****ting 50lbs down today!..what a great motivation for such a great run!
