Good homemade granola bars
Just made these the other day and they are very yummy. They come like soft and chewy granola bars
2 cups oats
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 c almond butter or other nut butter
1/4 c sugar free maple syrup
1/4c raw almonds
1/4 cup dried cherries or raisins or dried fruit of choice
Splash of vanilla extract
Warm nut butter and syrup in pot, mix together. Add vanilla extract. Mix remaining ingredients. Put in grease mini muffin tins and let firm up in fridge for 30 minutes.
