S - large egg bite
L - Boston Pizza - greek salad with grilled chicken
D - leftover stuffed turkey breast

1/5 cup of splenda cranberries

I didn't do so well over the weekend and the scale shows it- time to get down and dirty
Br- protein shake
Sn-1/4 cup energy mix, banana
Ln- 1 turkey pepperette, 1 cheese string, celery and tbsp pb
Sn-1/2 cup cottage cheese, source yogurt cup
Sp- 4 oz chicken breast, 1/3 cup corn, 1/4 cup wild rice
Sn-3/4 cup Special K protein, Greek yogurt cup
Now- to stick to it...

morning all
I have a problem - the other way around- right now ( maybe because I am only just now 1 year post op) but I am eating and eating SO much... and my weight falls too low . I am now 130 = 5 pounds under my goal of 135.
I am not doing a ton of exercises - just waking the dogs etc.
I think I am still in a major phase of malabsorption.
