morning

Full day at work today....just home tonight

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee

    Premier protein shake

 

S - large egg bite

 

L - Boston Pizza - greek salad with grilled chicken

 

D - leftover stuffed turkey breast

     squash

     1/5 cup of splenda cranberries

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are"  Calories- 1.052,  Carbs - 49 grams,  Fat - 50 grams,  Protein - 101 grams

All water...vits

Good morning-
I didn't do so well over the weekend and the scale shows it- time to get down and dirty

Br- protein shake
Sn-1/4 cup energy mix, banana
Ln- 1 turkey pepperette, 1 cheese string, celery and tbsp pb
Sn-1/2 cup cottage cheese, source yogurt cup
Sp- 4 oz chicken breast, 1/3 cup corn, 1/4 cup wild rice
Sn-3/4 cup Special K protein, Greek yogurt cup

Now- to stick to it...

Good morning, went to pumpkin fest with my grandson. got lots of walking in...

Me too Barb, just getting ready to walk out the door. Cleaning a house today 8-3 then off to the hospital from 4-12... oi

Keep up the positives Jen. You can do it!!

Had a FABULOUS time at the meet and greet this weekend!! Can't wait til next year!!

in my lunch bag- 

leftovers from dinner-> 1/3c roasted red pepper soup, 2 triangles cheese and veg Quesadilla, fibre1 protein bar, 2x protein shakes, part of a wrap, 16g bag of cheesies

Good morning ladies, I made a turkey dinner yesterday to help me during the week ahead, also did turkey soup.  Any thought on wild rice in the soup, it's not really a rice but its not listed in my foods to avoid?

I am four weeks out on Tuesday.

morning all

I have a problem - the other way around- right now ( maybe because I am only just now 1 year post op) but I am eating and eating SO much...  and my weight falls too low . I am now 130 = 5 pounds under my goal of 135. 

I am not doing a ton of exercises - just waking the dogs etc. 

I think I am still in a major phase of malabsorption. 

        

Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.

Today is late aquafit night 45 min :)

B - Premier Protein Shake, 1/2 banana

S - 100g Zero Vanilla yogurt

L - Tuna salad in a weigh****chers wrap

D - 4oz Salmon, Kale with Becel light margerine

S (after swimming) - 11 wheat thins and 2 tbsp Summer fresh greek yogurt and Asiago

Fitness Pal calculates: 716 cal, 17g fat, 81 g protein, 25 g sugar

    Referred September 2012, HHRH Orientation December 2012, Meet with surgeon January 2013, Meet with and testing with Dr Glazer May 2013, PATTS July 4, 2013 - 325lbs, Surgery HRRH August 1st, 2013 - 299lbs, second surgery late August 2nd to drain fluid, Discharged August 5th - 294lbs, reached 1/2 way to goal at 16 wks, MOM of three kids, married for 13 years :)
