WOW!! I had an awesome weekend!! First of all I hit 100 pounds lost Saturday am. Then had a fantastic time at the CBPSO conference in Cambridge. What an awesome experience. Met a lot of great people there, and learned a few new things. Cannot wait until next years in London. And thirdly, I ran my first 5K in Collingwood for the Run for the Cure!! I did it in a total of 45 mins. How would have that last time this year, that I would have done any of these things, especially run a race!! Lovin' life!! All is good! I am so thankful that I had the surgery, and should have done it 5 years ago when I went to see Dr. Pop in Michigan, but timing is everything, and this is the right time in my life for this to happen for sure!! Was even looking online last night for my next run!! Might start in the spring training for a 10K. Miracles never seize to amaze me!! My goal in the beginning was to be able to wear a size 16 pant and now I am wearing a 12 jean! WOW!! Love clothes shopping now. My family and friends could not be more great and supporting! Anyone contemplating about surgery, GO FOR IT!! do not put it off, it will give you a new lease on life!!

Awesome job!  You are an inspiration - 100 lbs and running!      So happy to hear you are really making the most of your new lifestyle!  I have got to try running next year!

I met many but I must have missed you on Saturday at the Cambridge conference. Sorry.
