Hard to believe how times fly. Two years already. Down 150 lbs. Apnea, high blood pressure, high cholesterol gone.  Only thing is my Vitamin D is low from my 2 yr blood work. Cannot blame anything but me as I have not been great taking my vitamins. Now have restocked and have been taking them again.

love the fact that I just don;t hurt anymore. Have met the most fabulous people on my journey.

Just waiting for my panni. All approved just waiting for my date.

Thanks  to my Angel Sheri TK! Could not have done it without you.

That's great. What is the cost of plastic surgery, I am hoping to loose 150 and would like to remove the excess skin. I also heard very painfully
And could be off work 3 to 4 weeks

My panni is fully covered by OHIP. You need to find a plastic that works with OHIP. They need to send into OHIP for approval. You do have the option to upgrade to a full tummy. I was quoted $7500 for TT and arms if OHIP covered the panni. About $6500 with OHIP for upgraded panni. Without OHIP about $7500 for both. Keep in mind the cost is going up quickly.

Keep track of every rash/sore skin treatments. It is suggested you see you GP to have everything documented,

Off 3 weeks with modified work 3 weeks after (no lifting etc...) In hospital overnight

Thanks for posting, so nice to hear that things are still going well 2 years out. I am looking at plastic's too, I realise will have to wait a while but I just want to know what I'm up against.

Congrat's on your weight loss and getting your health back.
