Question for runners.....
First question how are you with running with food in your system. If you don't run well with food in you than you should eat early so it does not upset you. For my long races I do bagel and I start in the middle of the night to eat in. For a 5k race I do banana and yogurt. I do not do good with food in me. I know I can do a 5k run with yogurt. Good Luck tomorrow. Carbs is always good before a race.
This may be a little late, but I run 5km on Sundays before breakfast. Otherwise I'm running to the bathroom!
