Hamilton/Burlington WLS Support Group Meeting
Hello everyone! Our next meeting is this Saturday October 26th, 2013. Meeting starts ay 10:00 a.m. and goes until noon. We meet in the community board room at the Police Services Station, 3800 Southampton Blvd. in Burlington. This is off Walkers Line south of Dundas (Hwy 5) . Just a reminder about parking. Please do not park in the spots closest to the building. They are open for various reasons and want parking available for customer service. Thank you.
The meeting is for post-op, pre-op and their support people. New faces are always welcome!
This meeting's topic will be about "Change"! Change in our foods. Change in your exercise habits. Change in your life style routines. How do you cope with change? Why does change seem to set us on a course of destruction sometimes? I look forward to sharing thoughts about "change" with everyone!
