Said no one ever!!! LOL Happy Wednesday Everyone

Home from the hospital this morning and am pretty sore. Finally found a way to get out of bed where I do not want to cry.

My journey started early this year and after quitting smoking (17yrs), quitting coffee, and having my food funerals, I feel ready for this.

I may be sore, tired and still bandaged up, but I think mentally, I am feeling like a whole new person.

Big thanks to Katie M, if you guys have not seen her posts on here, she has pretty much been a huge help to me.

I am really happy I found this forum, for those of you who are just starting out, it is AMAZING!

Best to all and have a great Halloween...I think I may go as a surgical patient??? thoughts LOL

Heal well, drink lots of water and get your butt moving as much as your body will allow. And rest.

Glad to hear that everything went well for you. I feel you on the pain issue too and unfortunately for me, one of my incisions got infected and it's almost impossible for me to move or turn while I'm in bed. Hope all turns out well for you.

thanks, I am happy to be in my own bed. Still trying to figure everything out, but it will take time.
