Well the melatonin drops worked....either that or my body was ready to sleep.....9 hours!!
Today - full day at work....right thru dinner - will bring all of my eats in with me
STEPS - 4500.....this will get better in a few weeks
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
S - 1 egg bite
L 5 oz tex mex chicken with 1/4 cup of melted habanero on top
D small square of Shepherds Pie
S - 9 low sodium trisuits
1/4 cup of shredded habanero cheese
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,045, Carbs - 66 grams, Fat - 41 grams, Protein - 98 grams
All water....2-3 litres....decaf tea and coffee....and all vits....including a few drops of Melatonin

Edited my lunch......... was out and didn't get my morning snack and switched up my lunch but it increased my protein intake for the day!!
Breakfast: Poached Egg & 2 pieces of Melba toast, cup black tea
Lunch: Laughing Cow cheese wedge (Onion Flavored) 3 soda crackers 2 oz canned Crab meat.
Dinner: 2 tbsp. mashed potato 2 tbsp. mashed halibut fish
Nighttime Snack: Premier Protein Shake
4 - 6 Cups Water
All Vitamins and Supplements
Daily Totals according to Fitbit My Bad..... I deleted the scoop of protein powder from my lunch but forgot to remove it from the calculations in fitbit......
Calories 745 - Fat 28.3 grams - Fiber 6.3 grams - Carbs 53.8 grams - Protein 68.2 grams

You are doing great....but I didn't think your stats looked right....too many calories and protein listed for the amount you are eating
I put your menu into myfitnesspal and came up with the following: Calories - 537, Carbs - 30 grams, Fat 21 grams, and Protein - 65 grams
Which are great stats for someone just over 2 weeks out!!....
Make sure you get the amounts correctly inputed....not so important now....but they become very important further down the road

3 months out today. 61 lbs down. In onderland. Running, personal training, cycling, pilates, spinning. Feeling AWESOME!
Noticing that on MFP that the calories are about 1100 this past week so will be watching that number and try to keep it under 1200.
Today...
Exercise: zilch - I will not ride to work in the rain, never good to start your day cold and soggy.
B - 3/4 c milk, scoop pro powder, 3 strawberries, 1/2 banana
L - 1/2 Tuna salad
S - 1/2 c edamame + greek yogurt
D - 3 oz steak + vegetable
S - 1/2 c NSA ice cream
Totals: Calories = 860, Carbs = 61, Protein = 104, Fat = 24

Isn't it wonderful to have the energy and drive to work out? I love it!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
