I'm so excited! I just can't hide it!
I'm so excited, today. It feels like Santa is coming...again! I'm waiting on my Sears delivery. I ordered an Air Walker. My knees and ankles are so bad, even though I've lost 50+ lbs, I'm still in excruciating pain, after a 20 min walk around the block. I've tried elliptical's and my knees just scream. After much research, I've heard, over and over again, that the Air Walker is ZERO impact. I keep having these bursts of energy and can't really expend it.
