In my experience the only returned calls have been post-surgery when I needed to talk to someone, and then they were really fast. Pre-op I usually got through right after lunch, between 1-1:15. Sometimes it took three or four calls, but just wait a minute and call back and eventually you'll get someone on the phone :)
Yes, just call and leave the date and time as well. I sometimes got a live person when I called

I have never had a call returned and I have left 3 messages. Including way back last March they called my husband's cell by mistake and they told him to have me call right away, my husband called me and within 2 minutes I was returning their call it went to voice mail and they never returned my call...... I had to call and call and call the next week to find out what it was they wanted. and they were cancelling an appointment I had and rescheduling... but they never called me back about it.
