Very little sleep for me last night so decided to get up and read and it's now hours later and still not tired.  Busy day of running around today and may look into getting the drops that Barb has been using to see if they might help to make me fall asleep and stay asleep. Hope to get a good 45 minute walk in after we are done our errands.

Good afternoon!  Another busy morning at head office - I much prefer my work from home days, I get so much more done when I don't have to commute!

Today I am taking a break day from exercise - I ran yesterday afternoon and plan to run first thing tomorrow morning.  Then I'm away at a conference for work for the rest of the week.  I'll bring my Yoga DVD to do in the room, but I probably wont' have time to run again until Friday.

Here's my eating plan for today:
B - Greek yogurt with All bran buds, berries and SF syrup, protein bar

S - Pepperette, cheese, some fruit

L - Leftover beef stew from last night, spinach salad

S - Hummus and carrots, egg

D - Chicken with asparagus, pudding with PB

S - Cottage cheese with SF Jam, SF Jello

Totals - 1815 calories, 150g carbs, 72g fat, 147g protein

Have a great day!

RNY - 2 Months post op

I had a party to go to on Saturday and just drank water and it was wonderful. I saw some faces I hadn't seen in a while and we all had a good time.

Sunday I went to the Team Canada vs. Maori All Blacks at BMO field and watch lots of cute men jump on each other. It was a great afternoon. I did a lot of walking as well which was good as it got me over my hump I wanted.

Eating wasn't the best yesterday - I kind of forgot to eat all my meals....so... today is back on track.

B - cheerios, milk, protein powder

S - forgot

L - chilli, protein powder

S - laughing cow, melba

D - might make venison, don't know yet

S - fruit of some sort
