Calories in VS Calories out!!

Just wondered the good old question?? I have a FitBit and according to it, on the days that I run/walk my net calories are only 300-400. Do I need to increase my intake on those days or stay with the lower calorie intake? This has not been really  explained to me properly! I am 8 months out and would still like to loose another 30 lbs or so, but I have been in a stall for the past 3 weeks loosing and gaining the same 3 lbs. I started running the middle of August and do about 2-3 x 5K a week and walk the same about 2-3X a week, and since the middle of August I have lost 17 lbs.  but I am sure I am gaining muscle too! But confused at about how many calories I should be getting this far out. I aim for 1000-1100, but when I run I burn about 500 or so? Please help clarify this for me??

A lot of runners up their calories on days they run. You may find you will actually lose by increasing your calories slightly
