Finally home from hospital
Had to spend some extra time in hospital. I was doing we'll not too much pain etc. and then I got sick, very sick. Couldn't keep anything down, not even the water and was sick every 30 mins for 20 hrs straight. They think it was a reaction to pain meds or anesthetic. Got extra fluids and meds through IV and had a good sleep. Finally got released late yesterday.
So far I feel good. Could only handle water yesterday today I actually had a bit of protein shake and still have very little pain. The only real pain I ever had was from the vomiting.
Hope everyone is doing great! I have some reading on here to catch up on, lol. Thanks for all the well wishes, it means so much : )

Try and get lots of rest and when you're not, sip and walk... I am so glad for you to be on your journey to health. Congrats!! :)

Hey glad to hear you made it. I stayed longer as well. Got home late yesterday but I am not doing well. I have the diarrhea and now there is blood nmy stool. My white blood count is high and my potassium went very low. I also stopped breathing in recovery and they almost put me on a ventilator.
