Good morning :)

I'll have to pick that salad up next time I'm at Costco, Barb. I've seen it there, never tried it. Not too much going on today - housework, doctor appointment, meeting my gf for coffee, and I think Andrew is coming for dinner and cards. My hip that's been sore on and off since attempting to begin the C25K is really stiff and out of whack today. Will try to walk it off with a few shorter walks today. Any suggestions on how to nurse this are greatly appreciated. I know that my arthritis plays a part in the pain, but this is getting silly.  Anyway....

8 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 3 over the morning, iogo 0%

S - Premier protein shake

L - tuna salad, 1 slice whole grain toast, 1 tsp butter, sliced cucumbers, "sweet and neats" from my garden

S - Chike protein iced coffee, handful of grapes after

D - BBQ chicken breast (4 oz), mixed garden salad with dressing, 1/2 cob corn

Have a good one,

K.

Good morning all. I usually bike home on Tuesday but it is going to be very humid. I decided to remember how old I am and take it easy. However it is my husbands birthday today. He has purchased tickets for go-karting. I can truely say this is not something I was just dying to try. It appears we are going tonight with my daughter. Perhap****ting some golf balls. Something else I suck at. I have not put a snack for tonight but it may be a very large glass of wine!!

Pat, I suck at the driving range too BUT - I have found it helpful in making an actual connection with the ball if I see a little face of someone who is ******g me off on each ball. LOL

Awesome idea. The last time I tried I hit the ball sideways and almost wiped out some people.

Haha! My worst was somehow hitting part of the over-hang and having the ball bounce back at me, nearly taking the head off the person I was with.

Edited to add: I'm betting Barb is totally disgusted with us and our obvious golf-dumb. LOL

Good morning everyone! It's a beautiful sunny morning in Vancouver. After much socializing and a few drinkie-poohs, I'm finally back on track. I'm happy to say that I've past the 100 lbs lost goal (you were right Barb, it did happen in Vancouver), and I'm on my way to my personal final weight goal of 150lbs.

Have a wonderful day!
