I've heard some say yes and some say no.  Have you tried a different brand of multi vits?  I know I can't tolerate One A Day (the one with high iron), but I'm fine with other brands.  I'm currently taking Equate Pre-natal with no problems.  And it has the basic recomended amount of Iron.

Try Unjury.com bariatric vitamins.  I use them and they are great.

So i just looked on unjury.com and checked out the vitamins. ...a few questions. ..how much is shipping to Canada?  And how many a day do you take 1 or 2?  They are expensive and you still need to add other vitamins correct?

Hi Shipping flat rate of 18$ and you only need one multi a day and no additional B12 as it is included.  I also take the Calcium with Vitamin D (4 pills a day).  Both are chewable and taste good.  I usually order 2 multi and 3 calcium at a time because the shipping is 18$.  Also, if by chance you get a additional duty charge, which happened to me once out of 20 times, if you call the company they will reimburse it.

Really good quality vitamins and protein is good too.

The Jamieson Vita Vim chewables are good!  I couldn't do the centrum chewables either.

Did these cause the bad levels?  Or you just recently started taking them?

They're a no. Sugar, sugar alcohols, and we don't absorb "gummy" well.

Ask your centre if you can switch to pills, that may be an option instead of chewable.
