optifast positive review!!

Had my 1st surgeons meeting last week with Dr. Starr, and one of my many questions to him was 'is optifast really that bad??' He said, he has at least 1 every day! He loves it with lots of ice, and says if his wife would let him, he would drink 3 a day! So.....it can't be all that bad right?? lol

I didn't mind the chocolate. It's one of the few "milkshakes" that I could drink with out serious side effects. In ways I miss it now. No planning, no thinking. Just drink on schedule. And I didn't even have the idea of cafemocha at the time. Sounds good.
