Reached my goal today - Time to set a new one!!!!

7 month post op today and I reached the goal the centre set for me of 170Lbs.  Very proud of myself.  

Okay I now need to set a new goal and update my ticker!!!!

Thank you.  I have set my new goal for 160.  I am actually happy at 170 believe it or not.  It is what my weight was in high school.  I would be overjoyed to reach 160.  So I have set it for 160 and I will see how it goes and then take it from there.
